- from Trieste (A9) or Rijeka (A8) drive towards Pula
- take the exit "Pula West" off the A9
- after 700 m turn left at the intersection and continue towards Pula on Vodnjanska road
- after 4 km, at the petrol pump INA, at the crossroad turn right towards Stinjan, Fažana, Valbandon and continue driving on the Fažanska road
- after 1 km turn left at the first entrance to Štinjan and continue driving on the Štinjanska road
- drive to Štinjan centre, turn right towards Fažana and continue driving on the Baližerka street

Štinjan is a quiet tourist place near Pula and opposite to the Brijuni National Park, far away from the city noise and heavy traffic. The first houses, where are also our apartments are approximately 350 meters from the sea. The largest and most beautiful beach is sandy, peblly and rocky with very good aproach to the sea for the children. The place has all the facilities required for tourists: more grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bars, tennis club, diving club, sailing, cycling, church.
Pula is the largest town of Istria, is famous for its ancient buildings, (popularly known as the Arena amphitheater, Triumphal Arch, the Temple of Augustus). The international film festival take a place there every year (Arena), such as many other cultural events. There is a excellent gastronomic offer (truffles, excellent wine, olive oil, etc.)
Brijuni National Park is rich in residential villas, vegetation, various animal species (Ethno Park, Safari Park).
